Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gtechja.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a generous refund and return policy that allows you to return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gtechja.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@gtechja.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the defective or damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping:
If you are returning a product, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is safely returned to us.
If you are exchanging a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been personalized or customized
- Items that have been used
- Digital products such as software or e-books
